I am writing this review out of principle and in the hope that someone senior at Mailtrack, who has a moral compass and the ability to support customers in unique situations, rather than providing a canned/"view our refund policy" reply. After contacting Mailtrack, instead of understanding my situation and apologising for the 'ghost' change in my subscription, the Customer Service, whilst quick and responsive, has been absolutely awful, simply shifting the blame onto me for the use of a VPN. The price difference is huge - $29/year (Philippines) vs. I regularly use a UK VPN for my remote-based work and after clicking the 'upgrade' button for Mailtrack ADVANCED from within my account, thinking that it would charge me the same Philippines 'location' rate of $29/year to my surprise, Mailtrack automatically changed my subscription price to their UK rates, without any warning or message. I live and work in the Philippines and originally subscribed to Mailtrack PRO in this location. Overcharged and blamed for their mistake! Awful CS
